Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Please act quickly the sooner we receive your request, the smoother the replacement process.
Return Shipping
We offer reverse pickup wherever available. For pin codes not covered by our pickup service, you will need to self-ship the item back to us in its original condition.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:
- Reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic / Video evidence sent to humminghaus@gmail.com | support@humminghaus.com Or Via Whatsapp +91-7829735141 | 7393835141
- Returned in its original condition — rolled, wrapped and packed as received
How to return:
- Email us at humminghaus@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 3 days of delivery
- We will confirm your return request within 24–48 hours
- If reverse pickup is available at your pin code, we will schedule a pickup at no cost to you
- If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, you will need to self-ship the item to our address. We recommend using a trackable courier service — HummingHaus will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during self-shipment
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days
We are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:
- Damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product after delivery
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Any part, accessory or component of the rug is missing
- Items purchased during a sale, offer or promotional event
- Custom or made-to-order rugs unless they arrive damaged or defective
Rug coating charges — if you opted for a protective coating on your rug at the time of order, the coating amount is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for return
