 At HummingHaus, we understand that online shopping can be a bit tricky. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy for all our rugs. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund in the form of credit points.

  • Within 3-5 working days. We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
  • Ready your rug in the original packing material.
  • In case the packing material is damaged, please mention the same with your return request. You will receive a tamper-proof packet from us after discussion with Customer Service Team. Please securely pack the rug and seal the package before the pickup person arrives at your doorstep.
  • Once the item is received at our warehouse, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 5 days after receiving the item at our warehouse.
  • You'll receive a refund in the form of credit points (1 Rs = 1 Credit Point).
  • These credit points can be used to purchase any other product from our online store only.
  • The credit points will be valid for a year from the date of issue.
  • This policy applies only to rugs purchased online and not for custom rugs or carpets.
  • Credit points can only be redeemed online and cannot be used for custom orders.
  • For cash on delivery orders, return policy is not applicable.
  • This Policy is not valid for any custom order or points issued cannot be used for any custom rugs / carpets.

Terms & Condition

  • You must return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you.
  • The rug must not be used, washed, altered/tampered, or soiled in any way.
  • Any damaged items will not be eligible for return.
  • Size alteration does not qualify for returns.
  • The item must have its original packing, labels, and tags intact.
  • Altered or illegible serial numbers will void the return.
  • Refunds or replacements will only be initiated once the item has passed through quality inspection.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
  • We may request that you share a picture of the rug at shop@humminghaus.com
