  • If your products arrived with damage and defects, you may request a replacement within 3 days of your delivery at no additional cost.

  • Reverse Pickup may not available for some pin code. You must self-ship the items in this case.
  • In case you receive damaged or defective item we request you to share image at support@humminghaus.com
  • If products ordered on any sale / offers, those products shall not be applicable for any cancellations / refunds.
  • It is your responsibility to return the carpet in the original condition in which it was delivered. We are unable to accept refunds under the following circumstances:
    • Damaged incurred by misusing the product.
    • Accidental damage due to the product.
    • Any portion or accessory of the rug or carpet is missing. 

All rugs and carpets sold by HummingHaus are covered by this policy. 

  • Please note, time is of the essence for damaged or defective carpets and rugs. They must be returned to us as soon as possible.  Remember, you only have 3 days to send your product in for replacement.  And the sooner we receive the defective products, the more smoothly the replacement process can proceed.
